Why would you choose to not set up Vileplume? Because after testing I realised that Cobalion can simply Catcher and OHKO Dodrios. Without Dodrio you pretty much lose. You don't load 3 energy that easily and there is nothing better than using Twins for Candy and Beach, evolve Plume and use Beach for 5-6 cards in the turn 2-3. This has happened to me multiple times and Beach is the card that helps this deck to set-up so well.
